Is it really #justacard ?
Throughout June I became involved in the #Justacard week. This is a campaign set up by independent artists who say –
“If everyone who’d complimented our beautiful gallery had bought ‘just a card‘ we’d still be open”
#justacard Campaign
The whole idea of this campaign is to promote the work of independent artists and encourage people to buy from them. It is such a lovely feeling when someone buys something from your shop and this is what it is all about!
There are so many wonderful pieces of art and handmade products being made throughout the whole country right now. Whether you find an amazing independent art gallery or cafe displaying work, or choose to seek it out online you are sure to find something that inspires you and gives you a fuzzy feeling!
Whether you are looking for something for yourself or wanting an unusual gift for someone special – independent retailers can give you that personal service to get it just right!
How you can help
You don’t have to buy something from independents to help them. By sharing their posts or telling friends about their products you can also give them support!
