Watch this space! A tender art series symbolising humanity

I am on fire with my creativity at the moment. I don’t remember the last time I felt so inspired and motivated to create art! Also, I am so excited about the final pieces. It is such a change from my usual style and I am loving it! This is why I have decided to share a preview of my new art series I am currently working on!

Art series “Connections”

This new series is a simple concept which makes use of hands to represent connections between people.

I have used an old wall as a background to represent the passing of time. I honestly don’t know if these hands are coming together or pulling apart! What do you think?

That is my view on it, but what do you think? What does this image make you feel? Are you getting a positive connection or a more melancholic sadness from this? Feel free to tell me in the comments. I’d love to hear your take on it!

My inspiration

As is often the case with much of my work I have been inspired by my family. I wanted to show how important these relationships are, but also how fragile the connection can be.
