Today sees the end of the Just a Card indie week. This is a campaign set up to celebrate and support the work of independent shops, artists, designers and makers. Will you make an artist do a happy dance this week?
Just a Card Campaign
With Black Friday now upon us, this campaign reminds us that you can truly make a difference to an independent artist by purchasing your Christmas gifts from them.
Two years ago I signed up to join this campaign and you can read about that here.
The campaign has grown over that time with more and more people wanting to support independent sellers.
Support an artist
If you are an artist, a seller or just love hand made products, you can buy independently.
There is more choice than ever with the ease of buying online, and with more craft shops popping up on the high street. Also visiting a craft market will reward you with something unique and special.
Alternatively, you can show your support through sharing posts on social media, or sharing the love with your friends. Your support costs you nothing but means the world to those in business.
