Six new floral art images created for the Littlehampton Art Trail
Last week I told you all about the Littlehampton Art trail which is happening right now in the town. Today I thought I would share with you the images I have chosen to exhibit. This year I have a series of floral art images on display.
Floral art images
I decided to create some painterly flower art to exhibit in Littlehampton. I have dabbled in floral photography in the past but decided to make these images in my new painterly style. To create this look I add textures and colour grading in Photoshop. With the additional editing process, these images come together and started to look more like a complete series.
I chose simple flowers for this series as I didn’t want to overcomplicate the images. The colour toning adds a hint of colour from the flowers to the textured background.
Exhibition
The framed prints can be seen in person at Bad Saint Restaurant, in Littlehampton town centre. With a host of interesting art in a range of venues, this art trail is one not to be missed.
