New mixed media digital art for sale

With my new digital art being exhibited in the Littlehampton Art Trail, I thought it would be a great opportunity to share with you the opportunity to purchase some unique art.

Painterly digital art

I have recently been playing with editing my photographs in a more artistic style. It all starts with my image, and then I tweak and play with it in Photoshop to create an artistic feel. I have never really had the ability to draw or paint. My skills have largely been in photography. I have developed a love for editing my images. Over the years I have found that my style changes as I find new ways of creating different styles.

These images, as ever are available to buy as fine art prints. They are available in two sizes:

10 x 8-inch (or 10 x 10 for a square print) (£90)
20 x 16-inch (or 20 x 20 for a square print) (£180)

The Painterly Photographs

This was a bee that had unfortunately already died when I found it laying on my windowsill. As it was dead I was able to capture a focus stacked image, letting me get a lovely sharp image from back to front. I then created this painterly feel in Photoshop.

Some of my images are pretty much as I shoot them with the painterly effect added after. Other times I create composites, such as the biscuits and the orange image. In this way, I can create more surreal images.
