May 24 has been and gone – here are my images!
The year is flying by again, the clocks have changed and summer is trying to show us some warmth! With this theme in mind, I have a very floral May 24 for you! However, if you missed April 24 be sure to check that out too.
Week 19: Wide aperture (f/1.2)
I’ll admit this was a bit of a last-minute snap for me this week! An intense week has left me no time to plan a proper shoot! So having photographed flowers in the past I nipped out into the garden and took this lone dandelion plant popping up out of the grass.
Week 20: Reflection (use a mirror)
I took a small mirror out on one of my walks and spent ages in a field capturing the daisies and buttercups from unusual angles!
Week 21: details (use a macro lens)
This week, I used my microscope again and decided to capture some macro salt crystals! I enjoyed seeing these cubic crystals close up!
Week 22: Use a phone (manual settings)
I was given this lovely bunch of roses a couple of weeks ago and have been meaning to photograph them. They are slightly past their best, but getting in close hid most of the wilting!

Why not check out my images from May 24? […]
