It that time – here is February 25!
I say this often – but where is this year going? Here we are at the end of February already! I am sticking with the 52 frames challenge, now a sixth of the way through my 5th year! If you missed January 25 be sure to go back and check it out.
Week 6: Puddle (1/4000)
I wanted to create a composite for the challenge this week as there is a lot of opportunity to create a fantasy image from a simple puddle. I borrowed a small Clash of Titans sword from my daughter and photographed this puddle on my driveway. This is what I came up with!

Week 7: Motion blur (multiple stages)
I thought I would use one of my other hobbies as a subject this week. I took one of my sketches and did some shading using a slow shutter on my camera.

Week 8: Triangular composition (with a celebrity)
I went for one of my hubby’s hobbies this week for my subject! He loves to BBQ and smoke food. His smoker has this cool-looking chimney – so I went with an abstract take on this, to get my triangle composition.

Week 9: Unfinished (photographer generator)
I decided to combine two of my hobbies again this week. I photographed a self-portrait and then drew my eye from that. After that, I combined the two. I know that there are ways to turn images into sketches very easily in Photoshop. However, adding one of my sketches was more fun!
