All visitors (“user”, “you”, “your” “client”) to this website at www.sarasadlerphotography.co.uk (“the website”) are entering a binding legal agreement on the following terms (the “agreement”) when using the website. The agreement is between the user and Sara Sadler ( “Sara Sadler”, “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Sara Sadler) and use of this website indicates continued acceptance of this agreement.

For the purposes of this agreement, “The Photographer” is Sara Sadler trading as Sara Sadler Photography. “Images” means any images furnished by The Photographer, whether photographs, prints or other type of physical or electronic material”.


Sara Sadler is an Affiliate for Redbubble.com. Sara Sadler will receive payment for any purchases made through a link.

Once an affiliate link is clicked all Terms and Conditions will be subject to that of Redbubble, not this website.

Copyright and Ownership of Materials

The entire copyright, title, and intellectual property rights of any Images will remain that of The Photographer at all times throughout the world.

Right to a Credit

The Photographer asserts both her moral right to be identified as the author of her work and the right to credit (where possible) is asserted in accordance with Sections 77 – 79 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof.  Please credit ‘Sara Sadler Photography’.


Images are to be used as agreed at the time of booking and at the time of agreeing the fee. The licence to use is limited to the use and period of time specified on The Photographers booking form and no other use may be made of the Images without the Photographers express permission.  An agreement must be reached with The Photographer before Images are used for any other purpose or after the licence to use has expired. 

Manipulation of the Images or use of only a portion of Image may only take place with the permission of the Photographer.

When the license to use has expired an additional charge has to be agreed for extended usage with the Photographer.


The usage rights granted are personal to the Client and may not be assigned, nor may any image submitted to the Client be loaned or transferred to third parties (save for the purpose of the work by the Client of such reproduction/usage rights/PR).   

The Photographer reserves the right to refuse to supply or grant a reproduction licence to a third party when requested to do so by the Client.

The Photographer retains the right in all cases to use the Images covered by this agreement at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting her work.

Client confidentiality

The Photographer will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated to her, save as to be reasonably necessary to enable the Photographer to carry out her obligations in relation to the work

Payment Terms and Payment

Payment for products purchased directly from this website must be made using credit card through stripe payment portal. Alternatively, the client can pay using PayPal.

Payment is required in full prior to the dispatch of any product.


Delivery will be by first class postal service. Postage is free to destinations in the UK. Postage to other destinations will be charged at a flat rate of £20.

All prints are made to order, therefore time needs to be allowed for printing and delivery. Sara Sadler will aim to deliver product within 7-10 days of ordering, however communication will be made if there is any delay to this time scale. Items will be received within 30 days of placing an order.

Damaged Goods

If a product is delivered to a customer, whether in electronic or printed format, that is electronically or physically damaged in some way (for example, a file does not download, or a framed print has cracked) Sara Sadler will happily contact the manufacturer to issue a replacement copy of the product after receiving reasonable proof of that damage.

If you receive a damaged product, then you must email Sara Sadler within 14 days of receipt to tell us about the nature of the damage and to arrange for a new product to be sent to you at no cost to you. We may require you to return the product as a condition of arranging for a new product or other remedy. You will bear the direct cost of returning the product. In addition to the damaged goods policy described above, Sara Sadler Photography may in its discretion offer other remedies for customers who wish to return products.


You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up until 14 days after delivery. If you wish to receive a refund, you must contact Sara Sadler in the first instance to confirm the cancellation. This may be via email or using teh form on the website. You must then return the item within 14 days of requesting a cancellation. It is your responsibility to pay for return postage.

After 14 days you can no longer cancel your order.

Digital Downloads

Digital images will be provided in a Jpeg format. By clicking on the download link the client confirms that they will lose the right to their 14 day cancellation period. The client will agree to an instant download prior to clicking on the download link, which will initiate the download.

All downloads and communications regarding them will be in English. Full instruction on how to use digital downloads will be provided on purchase.

Archiving of Images

All final images will be stored and archived by The Photographer for 1 year.  If archived photographs are required after that time or additional storage time is required an admin. A fee may be charged.  If The Photographer loses images stored in the archive or they are stolen, The Photographer is not liable beyond 1 year of storage.  Within 1 year, The Photographer is liable to the cost of the originals (a return of the original fee).

This website may contain links to other websites (“linked websites”). Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with linked websites.

Our links with linked websites should not be construed as an endorsement, approval or recommendation by us of the owners or operators of those linked websites, or of any information, graphics, materials, products or services referred to or contained on those linked websites, unless and to the extent stipulated to the contrary.


All communication to the website will be charged at your standard network rate.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
