The end of the year has arrived – so here is my final set of images for my 52 frames project for the year. Here is December 25.
Week 49: Shoot from the hip
I really hate street photography, not my thing at all! I opted to use my phone to stay more within my comfort zone – although I still felt uncomfortable!
Week 50: Nature (astrophotography)
This is a close up of a common clothes month wing under a microscope. Fortunately we have traps in the house to catch them before they cause a problem!
Week 51: Fill the Frame (200mm+)
Inspired by getting my microscope out last week, I decided to use it again for this week! This is some sugar crystals under a light microscope. I added some polarisation to give the crystals some more texture.
Week 52: Redo (the extra credit)
FOr my birthiday this year, I was lucky enough to get a small smoke machine. I really wanted to use one since the extra challenge on Levitation week. I considered an outdoor self portrait but it was too cold to venture out! Maybe an idea for next week! The smoke machine was very powerful, so I could only take a couple of shots before having to turn it off, otherwise the house would have been filled with smoke!!
